PAYMENT

Payment will be made through PayPal. I will be sending you an invoice to the email provided requesting payment. For commissions less than $200, the full amount will need to be paid upfront. Higher Amounts can be paid in two parts, 50% upfront and 50% once the commission is completed. If you need a more flexible payment plan, let me know and I am more than willing to create a plan that works for you. You will receive the finalized commission once the payments are completed. Once the work has begun, refunds cannot be given unless I (Atsuko) am unable to complete the piece. Payment must be completed before delivery, no exceptions.

REVISIONS

During the art process, you will receive several updates. At that time, you can request revisions. Revisions must be requested when the corresponding update is sent in order to avoid fees. Extra revisions, depending on difficulty and time required, may include an extra fee. Layer cutting revisions are free for 30 days after the delivery of your commission. Reasonable revisions on Live2D Rigging commissions are free and unlimited until 30 days after delivery.

FINAL PRODUCT

Once you have paid the full invoice and I have finished your art/rig, I will send you the finished, high resolution files via e-mail or your preferred communication platform. This may come in the form of a Google Drive Folder or a .zip file depending on the size of your commission. There will be no physical product delivered; all commissions are digital.

RIGHTS AND LEGAL INFORMATION

In general, once you have received your commission from me, you are able to do as you like with it. You can print it for personal use or use it on social media sites.

However, there are a few limitations based on the rights I retain as the artist.

You are not allowed to:

-Sell it.

-Modify or alter it without my express permission.

-Claim credit for its creation or give anyone besides the original artist (Atsuko) credit for creation.

-Use my art as an NFT or any type of cryptocurrency.

I also request that if you plan on using my art for social media and streaming, the art can be linked back to me whenever possible.
